We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
